Overview of course
This course is suitable for absolute beginners to build confidence in learning how to deal with customers, suppliers and banking transactions. Aimed at students who are new to accounting and bookkeeping, this course provides the perfect starting point to learn how to carry out various finance and administration duties using computerised accounting software.
This is an online self-study course with all course materials and activities provided.

Course content to include:
- Deal with customers and suppliers
- Add new accounts to sales, purchase and nominal ledgers
- Process data, bank transactions, invoices and credit notes accurately
- Produce management reports
Will I have to provide anything?
Funding is available to students who meet certain criteria
Access is granted to Sage Accounts/Payroll for 180 days (six months) therefore the course must be completed within six months.
A 180 day extension can be purchased for £76, but is not covered by the course funding.
