STEM Innovation Campus

STEM Innovation Campus

Full steam ahead for the new STEM innovation campus to open in September 2019. The new campus, the College’s third site, will be based at the former global manufacturing Vitec Video Com premises on Western Way. The project is at the heart of the College’s visionary plans to create an ‘education triangle’, which also includes the build of Abbeygate Sixth Form College, in the grounds of King Edwards VI School opposite (set to open in September 2020).

Welcome to West Suffolk College

West Suffolk College is the 3rd best college in the country. The College is one of the country’s leading Apprenticeship providers - apprenticeship results have consistently remained above the national average for the past six years. We offer dozens of foundation and honours degrees at our focused and inclusive University Studies Centre. We have over 10,000 students and 1,500 apprentices studying with us and we work with over 850 employers. A fantastic 97% of students go on to further education, employment or voluntary work.
