Leading Strategic Growth & Partnerships with responsibility for recruitment and delivery of Apprenticeships, upskilling and retraining adults, programmes to help young people not in education, employment and training to take their next steps and working with 1,600+ employers across the Eastern region. As well as overseeing Marketing and the escalator programme for working with schools.

Leading the operations teams across the College. Responsible for the Estates, Health and Safety, IT and Procurement teams. Responsible for developing the campuses with effective medium and long term Property and IT strategies.
