How do I enrol on a Leisure Learning course?

  • Enrol Online

Click on your chosen subject area under 'Find a Course' or in the course finders. Browse through the courses and click 'Enrol' or 'Apply'.

  • Enrol by phone

Please call the West Suffolk College centre where you would like to join a course. Contact details can be found by clicking on the location of each centre above.

  • In person

Please drop into any of our locations, where you can discuss your requirements with our knowledgeable and friendly staff, there is no need to book an appointment.

  • How to pay

We accept the following methods of payment: cheques made payable to West Suffolk College, Card payments (we accept most types of card, excluding American Express and Diners card) or cash if enrolling in person. If your employer/sponsor has agreed to pay your fees, please be aware that you will be liable for payment of the course fees if your employer/sponsor fails to provide payment upon receipt of invoice.

  • Fee Concessions

Fee concessions are available on some of the courses that we provide (excludes any exam or registration fees). If you are in receipt of any of the following state benefits: Income Support (IS), Jobseekers Allowance (JSA), Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) and Universal Credit, please note that you will need to provide evidence of the benefit you receive.

  • Class size and refunds

Popular courses fill up quickly, so book early to avoid being disappointed.

Refunds will be paid in full when a class is closed at the discretion of the College. Course closure is unfortunately sometime necessary due to lack of student enrolments or unforeseen circumstance. Occasionally, the start of the course may be delayed by up to two weeks to ensure further students to sign up. If courses have to be closed, students will be informed as soon as possible, refunded the full tuition fee, and given guidance on other courses.

Learners will not be entitled to a refund of fees if they choose to withdraw after enrolment.

  • If there is severe weather

In severe weather, the College will make a decision to determine if it is safe for our learners to attend courses. If any of our courses are cancelled we would advise you to go to our website or Twitter feed for further information. Alternatively, listen to BBC Radio Suffolk (104.6FM) or call the location where your course was due to take place.
