The Grade Portal is an online platform where you will be able to log in to view your results.
If you would prefer to have your certificate posted to you, a postage fee of £7 applies. Payment can be made through the College Online Shop
Making an enquiry about your results
Please email your tutor or wsc-examsadmin@easterneducationgroup.ac.uk for results queries.
Please note that not all results are available through the portal. If you cannot see your result, please contact your course director or tutor, or call reception on 01284 701 301 and we will put you through.
The November GCSE results will be available on the 8th January. If, after receiving your results, you would like to request a review of results form (see below), please do so by the 30th January. Please complete the review of results form and send this form to your tutor by email. There is helpful guidance on completing this form in the post result document below:
Certificate Collection Information
Certificates will be available for collection from West Suffolk College during the following dates:
Monday 30th March to Thursday 2nd April and Tuesday 7th April to Friday 10th April. Please book a collection slot and complete all of the required information.
