You will also take part in talks and discussions, working towards the reformed qualification in Functional Skills English.

The qualification comprises three assessments: reading, writing and speaking and listening.

How will I be assessed?

Examinations will be taken for reading and writing along with a speaking and listening assessment.

Exams will take place in centre and you will be offered either a paper-based or computer-based exam depending on your preference and any additional support needs.
