This course is designed to offer a fully rounded experience giving students an opportunity to discover the connection between the physical, emotional and spiritual. Using guided meditation techniques and the opportunity for personal reflection , the tutor will supply students with the skills to enhance their mental well being and step away from the stresses of everyday life.

This is a new conversational practice class for students who have studied sign language previously.  Please do not enrol on this course if you have not studied the subject before.
