Overview of course

This Intermediate/Level 2 course will provide delegates with the necessary skills manipulate masters, create hyperlinks, manipulate videos and create more advanced presentations.

This course is designed for users who wish to improve their understanding of PowerPoint 365 and produce more advanced presentations.

 

NB-if you bring a USB you can have a copy of all the examples to take away (see trainer on the day)

Entry requirements

Prior knowledge and/or experience of Microsoft PowerPoint 365 is desirable.

  • Masters: Understanding Masters, Creating Slide Masters
  • Headers and Footers
  • Shapes: Stacking, Aligning, Fills
  • Creating Hyperlinks, Action Buttons, Section Slides
  • Charts:  Create and Animate
  • Linking Data to Charts (Working with Excel)
  • SmartArt:  Create and Animate
  • SmartArt: Convert text to SmartArt and vice versa.  Creating Organisation Charts.
  • Videos: Play Across Slides, Adding Narration
  • Hyperlinks and Action Buttons
  • Animations: Motion Path Animations, Entrance, Emphasis and Exit Animations
  • Automatic Timings and Loop, Self Running Presentation
