To support food handlers and catering staff in developing essential skills and knowledge, West Suffolk College is delighted to offer via Highfield Qualifications the Level 2 Award in Food Allergen Awareness and Control in Catering (RQF). This e-learning course and assessment with remote invigilation is specifically designed for individuals involved in the preparation and service of food, ensuring they are equipped to meet legal requirements and best practice standards.
Supported by Allergy UK, the nation's leading charity for allergy sufferers, this qualification covers a broad spectrum of allergen awareness topics. Allergy UK's endorsement further highlights the quality and relevance of the training, and catering outlets wishing to join their Allergy Aware Scheme can use this as suitable staff training.

West Suffolk College are delighted to offer via Highfield Qualifications the L2 Award in Food Safety in Catering. This allows learners to learn and qualify from home or anywhere in the country.
This e-learning course and assessment with remote invigilation is ideal for those who work in a catering environment. This may include restaurants, cafes, hotels, bars, fast-food outlets, takeaways, mobile food trucks, kitchens, hospitals, schools and colleges.
Learners have access to full e-learning package for this qualification and are assessed by means of an e-assessment with remote online invigilation at home when convenient to them.
**NEW BOOKING PROCEEDURE VIA EVENTBRITE**
This e-learning course and assessment with remote invigilation is aimed at individuals working in or wishing to work in any industry that involved the retail sale of alcohol. Anyone wishing to sell or authorise the sale of alcohol by retail on licensed premises must hold a personal licence.
West Suffolk College are delighted to offer via Highfield Qualifications the L2 Award for Personal Licence Holders qualification - Qualify at Home. This allows learners to learn and qualify from home or anywhere in the country.
This qualification is approved for delivery to learners aged 16 or above. A Personal Licence however cannot be applied for until the age of 18.
