The Grades Portal is an online platform where you will be able to log in to view your results. Your results can be found on the Grades Portal by following this link.

Making an enquiry about your results
Results for the summer series of exams will be released in August, the exact date will depend on the qualification sat. Information about how to request a review of results is in the post results service information document below. If a review of results is requested, the form below will need to be completed and sent to your tutor by email. The deadline for review of result requests is 24th September 2026, no requests will be able to be processed after this date.

Certificate Collection Information
For September 2024 to June 2025
Certificates for the academic year September 2024 to June 2025 are available to be posted. You can arrange a collection by clicking the ‘book a collection’ button below.
For September 2025 to June 2026
Certificates are not yet available for the academic year September 2025 to June 2026.
You can request and pay for your certificates to be posted and these will be posted out once all certificates have been received.
Certificates collections can be booked 16th - 27th November using the ‘book a collection’ button below. Collections will be from the reception area at the Gateway and you must bring photo ID.
If you want certificates posted to you
If you would prefer to have your certificate posted to you, a postage fee of £7 applies. Payment can be made through the College Online Shop.
