The Grades Portal is an online platform where you will be able to log in to view your results. Your results can be found on the Grades Portal by following this link.
- Level 3 results - will be available from 8am, Thursday 13 August 2026
- All other levels including GCSE Maths and GCSE English - made available from 8am, Thursday 20 August 2026

Making an enquiry about your results
Results for the summer series of exams will be released in August, the exact date will depend on the qualification sat. Information about how to request a review of results will be published nearer the time with deadlines. If a review of results is requested, the form below will need to be completed and sent to your tutor by email.

If you would like to request access to your exam script, please complete the Access to script- candidate consent form (below).
Certificate Collection Information
Certificates will be available for collection from West Suffolk College main reception during the following dates:
Tuesday 30th June to Monday 31st August 2026.
Please book a collection date and complete all of the required information. You must bring photo ID with you. **Please note these collections are only for certificates issued in the previous academic year (September 24-June 25 only). Certificates for this academic year are not yet available.
If you would prefer to have your certificate posted to you, a postage fee of £7 applies. Payment can be made through the College Online Shop.
