Is it for me?
The course programme is for two years (Level 2 first year and Level 3 second year) and is aimed at aspiring restaurant supervisors/managers and is a mix of both practical restaurant sessions, classroom theory and work experience.
Students enjoy a variety of activities including restaurant and bar service/cocktail making/wine service and tasting/visiting other hospitality establishments and supervising their own service in Edmunds restaurant.
The course also offers the opportunity to work at events and functions both internally and external to the College.

Students will be assessed by a mixture of practical observations, theory assignments and short answer tests.
Further study
Successful students can progress to study Hospitality and/or Event Management courses at a university.
