Build confidence with everyday technology in this friendly, hands-on course designed for complete beginners as well as those who already have some digital skills but would like to get more from the technology they use every day.

What will I learn?
Learn how to stay connected through social media, take and share photos, buy and sell safely online using platforms such as Vinted, Facebook Marketplace and eBay, and discover how AI tools can help with everyday tasks such as writing letters, planning trips and finding information.
With plenty of practical activities, personalised support and time to practise, you'll learn at your own pace in a relaxed and supportive environment. No previous qualifications are needed, just a willingness to have a go.
Who is the course for?
If you're already using social media or online selling platforms, this course will help you enhance your skills, improve your confidence and make better use of the tools available.
Will I have to provide anything?
Nothing essential. Computers are provided at the venue. Learners are welcome to bring their own smartphone or tablet, plus its charger, if you would like to practise on your own device. It also helps to bring any account login details you already have. For Week 3, it is useful, though not required, to bring one small item they might like to sell.
