Thrive Triangular Model
As our Triangular model shows, our Thrive provision offers young people the chance to attend one-to-one appointments to search for work and courses, design CVs and get careers guidance. They can attend a Job Club each week to search and apply for vacancies. They can also benefit from a Skills for Employment course or a Thrive Employability, Numeracy and Literacy programme.
