TOPdesk is West Suffolk College's call logging system of choice. It allows the Student Helpzone and Library to monitor and action requests and enquires received from students.
What is TOPdesk, also known as the Student Enquiry Portal?
TOPdesk is a web-based portal that allows students to submit forms for the Student Helpzone team regarding, complaints, requests, council tax confirmation letter and student amendment forms.
Students can use TOPdesk to renew Library books, suggest a Library resource and view the Library How to guides.
TOPdesk has an extensive knowledge base. It has a comprehensive search function which is searchable based on phrases or key words used. There are handy links to Moodle and Office 365.
Topdesk is mobile device enabled, so you can have it on your smartphone or mobile device. You can pair it with your smartphone by scanning the QR code below. Alternatively, click here to access TOPdesk.
How to sign in to TOPdesk (Student Enquiry Portal)
TOPdesk allows you to login while at College or off campus. To login simply select the appropriate method.
Enter your full student account firstname.lastname@example.org
Use your normal password, the one that you use to login to the WSC network. That’s it, welcome to TOPdesk and the Student Enquiry Portal.
