An opportunity to join our kitchen team in Hawkedon. You will assist in all general kitchen duties and help with the preparation, presentation and serving of food in our busy restaurant where all food is prepared from scratch.

The Successful applicant will have enthusiasm and a true passion for food together with a willingness to learn. You will be required to work well as part of a team and you must be prepared to take direction and guidance from senior members.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with general kitchen duties
  • Assisting with preparing, cooking and presenting dishes to the desired standards
  • Ensuring that kitchen operations meet established high standards of both food hygiene and health and safety procedures
  • Monitoring portion and waste control
