An exercise class specialising in the 50+ age range
What will I learn?
This course promotes health and fitness by gentle but effective aerobic workouts to music. Incorporating warm-up, low impact aerobics, toning exercises, stretching and relaxation.
Who is the course for?
This class is also ideal for those who are starting/returning to exercise after an illness or injury
Will I have to provide anything?
Wear loose clothing e.g. t -shirt, shorts or sports trouser. For your feet a good firm supportive training shoe is essential. If you have any doubts about equipment get the tutor's advice before purchasing any items. Bring along a drink and a mat/towel.
