An exercise class specialising in the 50+ age range.
What will I learn?
This course promotes health and fitness by gentle but effective aerobic workouts to music. Incorporating warm-up, low impact aerobics, toning exercises, stretching and relaxation.
Who is the course for?
This class is also ideal for those who are returning to exercise after an operation or illness.
Will I have to provide anything?
Wear loose clothing e.g. t-shirt, shorts or sports trousers. For your feet a good firm supportive training shoe is essential. If you have any doubts about equipment get the tutor's advice before purchasing any items. Bring along a drink and a mat/towel.
