Overview of course
This short course is designed to give students a chance to explore the power of positivity and discover the benefits that having a positive mindset can offer.
What will I learn?
Students will begin with an overview of the power of positivity: exploring the mind and thoughts. As the course unfolds the tutor will encourage students to look at how to recognise the influences, both our own and that of others, have on our thought processes; to think about the concept of self-awareness; to explore the physical, behavioural and emotional symptoms of negative thinking and finally focus on the deeper meaning of menatl and physical wellbeing and what it means to the individual.
Each session will also be accompanied by a short meditation session where students will look to use visualisation, inner listening and breath awareness techniques to furtehr enhance their studies.
Who is the course for?
Anyone with an open mind and a desire to change.
