Overview of course
A course which covers the basic concepts of yoga.
What will I learn?
Basic concepts of yoga, posture work, breathing techniques, relaxation and meditation. Students will learn how to perform yoga postures safely, modifying and adapting them where necessary. Students will learn a range of breathing and relaxation techniques. Mainly Hatha yoga will be taught for students of mixed abilities, beginners to improvers. All students are expected to complete a health questionnaire.

Will I have to provide anything?
A non-slip mat, a blanket or sleeping bag to work and relax on. Jogging bottoms and t-shirts are ideal and you can wear as many layers as you need dependent on the time of year.
