Overview of course
A beginners/improvers yoga course aimed at promoting health and fitness.
What will I learn?
This course is suitable for beginners and improvers. Classes include basic concepts of yoga, posture work, breathing techniques, asanas, pranayama and relaxation. Modifications are taught according to need. All students are expected to complete a health questionnaire.

Will I have to provide anything?
Non-slip mat, blanket or sleeping bag to work and relax on. Comfortable clothes, leggings or jogging suit should be worn. You will also need a warm sweater and socks to wear for relaxation.
