What will I learn?

This course promotes health and fitness by gentle but effective aerobic workouts to music. Incorporating warm-up, low impact aerobics, toning exercises, stretching and relaxation.

Who is the course for?

The class is perfect for those who prefer more gentle aerobics exercise or returning to fitness after an illness or injury. The class instructor can adapt exercises or advise a more suitable one allowing you to enjoy and benefit from the class.

Will I have to provide anything?

Wear loose clothing e.g. t-shirt, shorts or sports trousers. For your feet, a good firm supportive training shoe is essential. If you have any doubts about equipment get the tutor's advice before purchasing any items. Bring along a drink and a mat/towel.
