About the course
Over half a million businesses are started every year; however, 30% of these fail within the first two years. Having a better understanding of the initial processes and requirements of a business start-up can increase the chances of your business succeeding. If you're looking to start your own business, or already have a business but want to develop and progress your business plan, this qualification will support you with the skills and knowledge you need.
All students will be required to attend an initial induction session at the start of the course and you will be allocated a designated tutor who will support you through your qualification. The induction is designed to give the learner the best possible start and due to the funding process for these courses you will have to complete some enrolment forms and complete an initial screening for Maths and English. The induction is an integral part of the course and can take up to 2 hours. The induction will take place at West Suffolk College in Thetford
