Overview of course
An informal and fun course that will teach you the very basics of Japanese language and culture.
What will I learn?
The aim of this course is for you to learn to converse using the simplest form of Japanese language and become acquainted with survival skills in daily Japanese life. The course will provide key cultural, historical, geographic and economic information on different areas in Japan. Basic questions such as: What is in ramen? How can you get around a train station? Why are there so many shrines in Japan? and many other questions will be answered. You will also have the opportunity to ask your own questions about Japanese culture.
Who is the course for?
This course is for people that have an interest in Japanese language and culture, but very little experience learning about them, as we will be starting from scratch. Perfect for if you are going to Japan on holiday and want to know more about the country before you go!
