Overview of course
This course is aimed at photographers who have completed the 'Introduction to Photography' course, or have an understanding of exposure and camera controls.
You will learn creative techniques to capture images of moving subjects, different metering techniques and different light sources.
We will look at landscape photography, product photography and portraits.
We will explore both colour as well as black and white photography using photo editing software (Photoshop). |
What will I learn?
The course will be hands on, covering a wide range of photographic aspects. Students will be encouraged to experiment and try new
areas of photography.
Throughout the course there will be three assignments to produce photos which will be shown at the last session.
Who is the course for?
Those who have completed the 'Introduction to Photography' course, or who have a good understanding of their camera (shutter speeds, apertures, ISO etc.)
Will I have to provide anything?
Students will need a camera, ideally an SLR or bridge camera, film or digital. A compact camera would be suitable is if it has manual settings to allow you to control the shutter speed and aperture.
