Overview of course
This is a friendly and practical course for students who wish to extend their knowledge and ability of working with clay. It is essential for people who had previous experience and knowledge of working with clay, or ideal for those progressing from the beginner's classes. Teaching will be mostly on a one-to one basis with the individual students needs taken into consideration. This is a great opportunity for some personal uninterrupted creative time.
What will I learn?
The aim is to learn more advanced hand building, wheelwork and decorating techniques on individual own creations.
Who is the course for?
Suitable for those with prior experience or those progressing from the beginner's classes.
Will I have to provide anything?
Please wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty. It would be advisable to bring your own apron and towel, also a notebook and pen may come in handy.
Access to the Milburn Campus car park is via Anglian Lane, (Sat Nav IP32 6SR). The building is accessed via a level pathway which leads to reception where you'll be met by a member of staff or directed to the pottery area.
