West Suffolk College have run some very successful and well received ILM L3 Award in Effective Mentoring courses. Some quotes from past course attendees can be found below:
"I would highly recommend the ILM Mentoring course, I undertook this training as I have an interest in developing people and it was suggested that this course would be beneficial to me. The hardest challenge for me was fitting in completion whilst dealing with the challenging aspects and changes to work and homelife relating to Covid19. But I am so happy that I have now passed and would definitely recommend this course to anyone wanting to add new skills to their repertoire."
