Overview of course
This half day interactive training programme will teach how to communicate effectively and provide excellent Customer Service. It will encourage your staff to think about their own experiences of good and bad service, understand why their role has such an impact on customer experience and learn vital communication and listening skills that will set them up for success.
This course will be run at West Suffolk College, Bury St Edmunds on Tuesday 25 February 2020.
