Overview of course

These packages of short courses are designed for anyone associated with sales, marketing and business development and cover the key building blocks necessary to guarantee sustainable sales results.

 

The 'Immediate Gains - Planning, Pipelines and Guaranteeing Results' consists of 4 stand-alone units which you can choose to pick and mix or undertake all four.  

 

  • 10 things you can do right now which will cost nothing and will increase your sales overnight (1 hour)
  • Strategic Sales Planning and Preparation (2 hours)
  • Understanding and Using Sales Pipelines in 2021 (1 hour)
  • Guaranteeing Measurable Results (2 hours)

 

All units will be run via an online method of delivery (Microsoft Teams).  Sessions will be interactive and engaging and led by a very experienced and knowledgeable associate lecturer.

Strategic Sales Planning and Preparation - Tuesday 26 January 2021 - 1pm - 3pm

No one plans to fail but often people fail to plan.  This unit is designed for everyone involved in the sales process. It details how all involved need to have a coherent plan of action and using the principles of GOSPA and  reverse engineering, how to prepare and formulate a strategic sales plan.  Unit also includes setting long term, medium term and short term business and personal goals, plus how to set effective achievable targets.

 

Understanding and Using Sales Pipelines in 2021 -Thursday 28 January 2021 - 10am - 11am

Have you noticed that the old principles of sales pipelines now seem far less effective?  Do you and your staff struggle to predict future sales activity?  This is an essential unit for anyone involved in the sales process.  Informed by research carried out by major CRM providers, this unit gives a fresh perspective on how to build and grow your sales pipeline and how to interact with your customer base, allowing you to properly develop, report and predict long term sustainable sales.

 

Guaranteeing Measurable Results - Thursday 28 January 2021 - 1pm - 3pm

Would you like to be able to guarantee your sales results?   Described as the missing link from most sales training programmes and ideal for remote working and remote sales as well as in-house sales activity, this unit is your guide to setting, controlling and achieving realistic sales targets and budgets, providing you with a very simple and highly effective free tool that is easy to use.  By the end of this session you will be able to properly analyse your sales activity using the KCPS principle which will help you identify best practice, what areas you can improve on and crucially will enable you to see exactly what activities are needed each day to set and achieve goals.
