Overview of course
As a business owner you'll need to understand, interpret and communicate key financial information, so you can effectively review your business's performance. Our Award (Level 1) in bookkeeping offers an introduction to the core areas of bookkeeping. it consists of one unit and associated assessment, covering the role of a bookkeeper and the basic techniques needed to complete simple bookkeeping activities. The qualification offers a progression opportunity on to the AAT Level 2 Certificate in Bookkeeping qualification.
The course is delivered by an experienced, supportive team of qualified and experienced staff at West Suffolk College, Thetford Learning Centre.
Entry requirements
Unlike other qualifications there are no entry requirements with AAT and you don't need relevant work experience.

AAT assessments are computer based and will be sat at West Suffolk College, Thetford.
