To log in to StudentNet - StaffNet, you must be a student or a member of staff.

If you have a problem with logging in then please read our Frequently Asked Questions listed below where you will find solutions to the most common login issues. If after looking at these solutions you are still encountering problems then please contact the IT Services Helpdesk by telephoning 01284 716555 between the hours of 8.30am and 8.30pm Monday - Thursday and 8.30am and 4.30pm on Friday, stating your name, contact details and explaining what the issue is.

If you are still encountering difficulties accessing StudentNet you may contact West Suffolk College IT Department on 01284 716555 between the hours of 8.30am and 8.30pm Tuesday to Thursday and 8.30am and 4.30pm Fridays or outside of these hours please click on the link below to submit a support request. The IT Department will get back to you within 48 hours (excluding weekends).
